To ensure the premium product quality, we strictly implement and control the production standard in accordance with the prescribed procedure documents of refractory industry during the entire manufacturing process.

1.Purchasing&Testing of Raw Material

1.1 After each batch of raw and auxiliary materials arrives at the factory, the operation department shall provide quality certification documents to the technical department, and inform the technical department execute the sampling inspection&test.

1.2 Sampling and test shall be carried out and recorded in accordance with prescribed procedure documents&enterprise standards.

2. Process inspection and testing

2.1 Our technician shall supervise, inspect and record the whole process from raw material selecting, crushing, mixing, molding, drying and burning to finished products selecting and packaging.

2.2 For mass produced-products, we combine a full-time quality inspector patrolling with post self-inspection.

2.3 All semi-finished products are first inspected.

2.4 The technical department carries out random and irregular inspections.

2.5 The technical department shall cooperate with the buyer and the representative of the supervisor to carry out sampling inspection.

2.6 Quality inspections shall be recorded.

3. Final product inspection&testing

3.1 Before inspection of final products, all specified items of incoming test and process inspection shall be finished and meet the requirements.

3.2 Before the packaging of finished products, the quality assurance department shall strictly inspect the products in accordance with the product quality inspection standards and only qualified products can be put into the warehouse.

3.3 Before shippment, the quality assurance department shall check the package, quantity, product name, brand name, manufacturing date and delivery places. Ex-factory product inspection certificate will be filled in after making sure all these info are correct and meet the requirements.
